Petroleum Solids Control, Inc. is an equipment rental company servicing the oil and gas, geothermal, and multifaceted environmental industries. We provide a full line of solids control equipment and dewatering equipment.  Our service technicians are available 24 hours per day 7 days a week for service and repairs on all our equipment. We specialize in solids control of drilling mud and dewatering through horizontal decanter and tricanter centrifuges.

In over 50 years of service we have acquired the knowledge and skill to accomplish any project, but more importantly, we have learned how to do these projects safely.  We maintain on staff an OSHA certified safety officer at all times, and are constantly striving to adopt new safety practices and learn from previous mistakes.

Dewatering Solutions

Petroleum Solids Control has a full fleet of Decanter and Tricanter centrifuges for waste water treatment, dredging dewatering, and oil recovery projects. We were one of the first companies in California to offer rental centrifuges, allowing us unmatched skills in dewatering and oil recovery. With our vast experience in the field, we have the capabilities to fabricate a system that will work perfect for your specific project, or we will facilitate you with previously fabricated dewatering equipment; whichever will fit your job best. Our Centrifuges are paired with pumps, process tanks, and know how that is unmatched in the industry.

Mud Systems and Tanks

Complete Mud systems are available for rent or for fabrication from scratch.  Petroleum Solids has designed and fabricated systems for many of the major drilling company in Southern California.  We have fabricated single small 250bbl tanks to 700bbl+ systems with compartments, gun lines, mixers, hoppers, shakers, and all other necessary components.  We provide CAD drawings of our systems and can alter them to customer specifications
