​After putting in an order more than nine months ago, we are pleased to announce the arrival of our brand new twin Flottweg Z4E mobile tricanter rental centrifuges. Despite being so young and weighing a healthy 13,000 lbs these tricanter centrifuges are already mobile and are ready to take on any of your waste oil reclamation, copper crud separation, food processing or any other three-phase separation projects!

Customer at an Arizona copper mine was looking to achieve SX Crud separation. They initially attempted to accomplish this separation using a belt press but that was wildly unsuccessful.  A high-speed tricanter centrifuge was their best option in order to obtain their desired results, and we knew that this was the perfect application for our Flottweg Z4E tricanter mobile centrifuge.

However, the product by nature is extremely acidic and will break down the stainless steel components of a centrifuge.  In order to accommodate the customer, we specially-coated the internal stainless steel components of our tricanter mobile centrifuge with a material that would withstand the feed composition and provide the customer with the outcome they were looking for.  ​

The customer has been renting the tricanter mobile centrifuge for almost 12 months with minimal downtime and we expect the rental to continue for the foreseeable future. 

A municipal wastewater treatment plant was replacing their existing screw presses with new ones. The customer contacted us to rent a mobile decanter centrifuge so they could maintain their solids dewatering during the removal of the old equipment and subsequent installation of new screw presses. 

We provided them with a Flottweg Z4E skid-mounted mobile decanter centrifuge. Our technicians installed the equipment and worked with the customer to train their operators on start/stop, basic maintenance and troubleshooting.  If any issues arose that couldn't be solved over the phone, a technician was dispatched to the facility to fix the problem. 

​What was initially supposed to be a three-month rental turned into a multi-phase project requiring the customer to rent the centrifuge twice for approximately six months at a time.
